ALICIA GRAHAM
Director/President
Alicia Graham is the visionary Director/President of the AMDR Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women through education, entrepreneurship, and innovative technology solutions. With a distinguished background in economics, data analytics, and international business, Alicia brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical experience to her leadership role.
As an accomplished economist and data analyst, Alicia leverages her expertise to drive evidence-based strategies for women’s advancement and empowerment. Her work at the foundation focuses on creating sustainable pathways for women in business and technology, with a particular emphasis on bridging the gender gap in STEM fields.
Alicia’s professional journey spans diverse sectors, including government economic research, international business consulting, and legal operations. Her experience as an economist at the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, has given her invaluable insights into labor market dynamics and economic policy, which she applies to the foundation’s initiatives.
A lifelong advocate for education and skill development, Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Economics with a focus on Data Analytics from Georgia State University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics cum laude, with a minor in International Business. Her academic background is complemented by professional certifications in Data Analytics and Generative AI from Google and Vanderbilt University.
Alicia’s commitment to social justice extends beyond her work at the AMDR Foundation. She serves as a certified mediator for the Florida Supreme Court and Georgia Courts in civil cases, bringing her skills in conflict resolution and negotiation to bear on complex social issues. Her past roles on the Advisory Panel of the Broward County Technical Schools and the Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee 17D underscore her dedication to education and professional ethics.
An innovative thinker and seasoned entrepreneur, Alicia draws from her experiences in various start-ups, including an EU-sponsored agri-venture project that provided training and resources to at-risk youth in beekeeping. This experience informs her current work in developing mentorship programs and entrepreneurial support systems for women and underrepresented groups in the tech industry.
Under Alicia’s leadership, the AMDR Foundation has become a beacon for women’s empowerment, fostering a new generation of female leaders in technology and business. Her vision of a more equitable and innovative future continues to inspire and drive the foundation’s mission forward.
CAMILE COLLINS
Director/Treasurer
Camile Collins is the founder of Team Collins Marketing, a digital marketing firm, and a Real Estate Consultant for Keller Williams, one of America’s leading real estate firms. She is a seasoned marketing professional and real estate consultant who applies her diverse corporate experience to helping young girls and women in the underserved population advance their entrepreneurship goals.
Camile began her career as a marketing professional at a commercial real estate company and has subsequently worked with marketing teams and led initiatives at large law firms. In addition, she has volunteered time feeding the homeless with We All Care, LLC in Ft. Lauderdale and delivering meals to senior citizens for the Osceola Council on Aging.
Camile is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She currently lives and works in Orlando, FL, with her husband, four daughters, and a small petting zoo (dog, tortoise, and savannah monitor).
